ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Will take place at the Wessex Hotel, Bournemouth on
SATURDAY 19th NOVEMBER 2011
at 2.30pm prompt.
THIS IS YOUR NOTIFICATION OF THE
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING.
Any Resolutions etc. MUST be Received by The
Secretary NO LATER than SATURDAY the 8th
OCTOBER 2011.
You MUST state your Club Number and Section
on ALL correspondence sent to the club.

Dinner and Dance
Will be held once again at
The Wessex Hotel, West Cliff Road, Bournemouth
on SATURDAY 19th NOVEMBER 2011. 5.30pm for 6.00pm.
Presentation Dinner/Dance Tickets are £35.00 Each.
(4 Course Meal)
This also includes your entry into the Prize Draw on the night
Available from the Secretary.
Sold on a first come, first served basis.

Please enclose cheque made payable to the club, when ordering
your tickets. If you intend to stay the night or make a weekend of the
occasion, then Please make your Hotel Reservations as
EARLY AS POSSIBLE!

FREE FUN NIGHT
on the Friday Evening prior to the dinner which will possibly
include a few games of Bingo, A Game Show as seen on T.V, A
Twenty Question Quiz, with prizes for all games played, but
whatever we end up doing - It will be a Night of Fun
