Forms to Download (pdf format)
To Print the Form
“Left Click here”.

By Left Clicking on a form name, shown below, the pdf version should appear. How it appears will vary according to the Browser (Windows Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox) being used but a “Task Bar”, similar to that below, should also appear usually at the bottom of the screen. To download, or save the form to your computer “Left Click here” and choose the Folder to save the file in.
To change the size of the Form on your screen “Left Click” on these.
To read pdf files on your computer you may need to download "Adobe Reader" which you can do HERE.
Fillable Forms
Depending upon your Browser and its settings you may be able to complete these forms online however it is probably advisable to save them to your computer then Open in Adobe Reader and type in the information required, they will also calculate the money involved. The Forms are designed to be sent by Email with payment being made by Direct Transfer but you can Print out the completed form and send by post with cheques in the traditional manner.
The Bank Account is now available to receive Direct Transfer payments and the relevant account details are shown on Race Forms "A".
