Steve Appleby's Weather for Pigeon Fanciers

UPDATED 11th JUNE AT 08:00 HOURS

We are lucky this weekend with the weather as Saturday was always forecast to be a good day  before persistent rain moves across the country from the west on Sunday. Conditions this Saturday are as good as you can get in relation to racing from France to England. Some heavy showery activity moved along the French coast line from the west very early this morning tracking eastwards and at 06:00 hours had cleared Caen heading towards Belgium. High broken cloud has been identified over most of France except some central areas where there is more cloud cover.  The south of England will experience some isolated showers today but that is all. Visibility in the channel 11 miles plus and winds light from the west north west. So to conclude a super day for racing with the red cards up for grabs.

MNFC at Fougeres liberated 06:00

BICC at Tours liberated 06:00
